Photography & Videography:

All our photos and videos are copyrighted. If you are planning to use any of our material without our logo/branding, please get in touch with us to arrange terms.

You can shoot and publish photos and videos from our events as long as they have our logo clearly displayed and doesn't trouble the dancers, our staff or event, please be cautious and respectful of this type of contents. 

Drugs: No drugs are allowed.

Please bring your ID with you. 

Online Orders:

Venue and timing subject to change, please check our facebook page a week before the event and on the day of the event for any updates. If it's a gift for someone else, please leave a note with their name. If Bachata Kiss has to postpone the event for any unforeseen reason, you can use your pass for the next event.
You need to provide a seek note for missing a class in order to postpone your pass to the next event.

Refund Policy:

All our passes are non-transferable, non-refundable and are for the mentioned event's participation.
